MerriMail Issue Four Sneak Peek

Sweat Equity and Handiwork

Your Gift - Lavender, Lemon and Peppermint Towelettes by Herban Essentials

While we were excited to focus on the body in this issue, it was a challenge to find a gift that wasn't too personal and that would appeal to each of you. We toiled with the scents, flavors and aromas that accompany many body-related products like lotions, balms and creams, which are easy to collect and tend to clutter cabinets, fill drawers and cover bedside tables.

Just when we started thinking the answer was total avoidance, and just before moving to another topic, we meandered into a modern, shabby chic flower and gift shop called Minglewood. This is where we found a gift so well-suited for the body -- Herban Essentials essential oil towelettes. With their pleasant scent, all-natural ingredients and compact size, they're perfect for any sticky, sweaty situation.

Since the towelettes are herbal and all-natural, we thought you might like to learn a little about the origins of aromatherapy. We also include tips for caring for your hands, as well as caring for your body through an energy medicine called BodyTalk. Playing off the concept of sweat and sweat equity, we feature resources about entrepreneurship and discovering your inner brand. We also share knitting artwork by Rania Hassan, problem-solving exercises and a simple way to help the homeless.

Suffice to say, we cover a great deal of territory in a very small space. Ultimately, our goal with this issue is to help you appreciate and care for your body while also exploring your entrepreneurial spirit.
